1954 BSA B31 field bike without docs. The bike runs absolutely great, nice even tick over and revs well. But the real surprise here is that it is a CB32 frame, which for those in the know realise that this is a Goldstar frame. So the first year of the swinging arm and a genuine Goldstar frame. Which alters the prospects of this old machine considerably because this could be made back up to a Goldie or a Goldie scrambler pretty easily and it has the right numbers on the right frame. As a field bike I can see this being a pile of fun as it is, but to put lights on this would be a doddle, and to put it back to road spec would be a doddle. Lots of routes to go with this one. Lots of ways to add serious value. Now… who has a spare Goldie engine sat under their bench doing nothing I wonder?. I haven’t the time as always, but this is one with loads of potential up side and one you can have a lot of fun on exactly as it is. 07718 593259. I am open to part exchange on older machinery.
